It wasn\u2019t until he shadowed a dentist at the Baylor College of Dentistry that he decided that the profession was right for him. The field\u2019s unique combination of science, artistry and the chance to make a direct impact on people\u2019s lives resonated with him and still does to this day.\r\n

Expectations for the First Visit<\/h2>\r\nThe first visit is mainly meant to perform a thorough, initial exam and give you a chance to learn more about Dr. Martinez and his practice. It\u2019s the perfect opportunity to ask him questions you may have about services and technology he offers.\r\n\r\nOnce you arrive for your initial appointment, you\u2019ll be greeted by our friendly staff and get the chance to grab a drink at the office beverage bar while you wait to be called in. Once called, you\u2019ll be brought to a treatment room to have diagnostic images and X-rays taken of your mouth.\r\n\r\nOnce completed, Dr. Martinez will come into the treatment room, introduce himself, and begin going over your X-rays.
